In September 2006, he established his own R & D company-Xi'an Yuqi High-Voltage Sealed Electrical Connector Co., Ltd. Over the years, the company has always adhered to the concept of independent innovation, independent research and development, winning the world with integrity, and jointly creating a win-win situation; focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of high-temperature and high-pressure sealed connectors for petroleum instruments, and not forgetting its original intention, it has made great achievements in high-temperature pressure-bearing sealed electrical connectors made of polymer materials PEEK and glass ceramic sintering process. The company has also grown from small-scale production at that time to a mature R & D enterprise.
